Tampico is a vegetable fiber. The characteristics of the tampico discs are extreme flexibility and softness which allow you to work very shaped pieces and obtain a particular semi-gloss finish.
Often to increase their life and improve the adhesiveness of the abrasive paste, the tampico discs are subjected to impregnation.
